Which industries does Vintrosys implement ERPNext for?
Textile and apparel, F&B chains, distribution, retail chains, manufacturing, after-market service, education, and services and trading businesses. Live work includes a 72-outlet coffee chain, a Tiruppur garment manufacturer and HR for a school group.
Is ERPNext a good fit for textile and garment manufacturers?
Yes. Standard ERPNext covers BOMs, work orders and subcontracting. For knitwear and apparel units we add production programs, fabric lots by dia and colour, process tracking from knitting to compacting, and job-work units, built as a separate Frappe app so upgrades stay safe.
Can ERPNext run a restaurant or café chain with many outlets?
Yes. Outlet POS billing, a central kitchen or store, indenting and branch transfers all run on one system. Our coffee-chain client runs 72+ outlets on a single ERPNext instance.
My industry isn't listed. Can ERPNext still work for us?
Usually, yes. ERPNext covers accounting, stock, buying, selling, manufacturing, projects, HR and CRM for most businesses. What is specific to you is built as a custom Frappe app. In a free fit call we will tell you plainly whether it is a good fit.
Do you use ready-made industry templates?
We start from setups we have already built for your industry, such as roles, workflows, reports and print formats, then adapt them in a discovery workshop. You are not forced into a fixed template.
Can ERPNext manage yarn given to weavers and fabric received back?
Yes. Subcontracting tracks yarn issued to each weaver, fabric received, wastage and job-work charges, and we customise it for piece- and metre-based counting.
Have you worked with textile exporters?
Yes. We've built production programs, lot tracking and shipment packing for textile and export manufacturers, as custom Frappe apps on ERPNext.
Can ERPNext track production yield for food processing?
Yes. Batch-wise production records input versus output, and yield and loss reports show where material goes.
Can ERPNext cost each fabrication job separately?
Yes. Projects or work orders hold material, labour and overheads per job, so you see the margin on every vehicle or order.
Can ERPNext run sales for a distributor with many routes?
Yes. Customers, territories, price lists, schemes and credit limits are standard, and sales teams can work from a phone browser.
Can ERPNext handle commodity trading with brokerage?
Yes. Purchases, batches, godown stock and brokerage or commission can be tracked, with custom fields where your trade terms need them.
Does ERPNext support weight-based production for steel?
Yes. Items can be stocked and produced by weight with batch tracking, and we customise heat-number traceability where needed.
Can our outlets bill offline if the internet drops?
We'll assess your outlets and recommend the right POS setup, including options that keep billing going during short outages.
Can ERPNext generate export documents?
ERPNext covers export invoices, packing lists and shipments, and we add the print formats your buyers and forwarders need.
