FAQ

ERPNext in the UAE: common questions.

Does ERPNext support UAE VAT?
Yes. ERPNext includes UAE VAT settings and a VAT 201 report, and we configure tax templates for standard-rated, zero-rated and exempt supplies and reverse charge.
Can invoices be printed in Arabic?
Yes. Frappe supports Arabic and right-to-left layouts, and we design bilingual English-Arabic tax invoices and documents.
How do you work with UAE clients from India?
Remotely, during your working hours: there is only a 1.5-hour time difference. Discovery, configuration, development, training and support run online, and we can travel for go-live.
What about corporate tax and e-invoicing?
ERPNext keeps the clean books your corporate tax filings are prepared from, and we'll help you configure for UAE e-invoicing requirements as they apply to you.
