FAQ

ERPNext in Kenya: common questions.

What is a kitchen display system (KDS)?
A KDS replaces printed kitchen tickets with screens: each order appears at the right station the moment it's placed, cooks mark items as ready, and service staff see what's waiting. We built one on Frappe for restaurants in Kenya.
Can ERPNext take M-Pesa payments?
Yes. ERPNext can be connected to M-Pesa for customer payments, and we set up the integration and reconciliation for your business.
Does ERPNext work with KRA eTIMS?
Yes, through eTIMS integration apps for ERPNext. We set up and test the integration so your invoices are reported as KRA requires.
How do you work with Kenyan clients from India?
Remotely, during your working hours: Kenya is only 2.5 hours behind India. Discovery, configuration, development, training and support all run online.
